While the weather in Europe, Asia and North America becomes the ideal coffee consuming weather we appreciate within the industry, producers around the globe commemorate a better year.
As prices skyrocketed last February, a value accommodation has happened under the highest levels but still at reasonable advantage against cost of production worldwide.
The potential of a shorter supply within the next 18 months is probably what has kept green coffee prices valued even with plentiful availability on the nearby positions.
The good news for the industry in general is that for the time being, green coffee production seems to be a very sustainable business regarding the economic factor.
Meanwhile, the season is on, the Holidays, Winter around the corner and a slightly better economy in most consuming countries, demand is still growing and coffees are available.
Hopefully, the coming months will bring balance and provide value along the whole supply and transformation chain.
